Quick Banana Bread and Adorable Loaf Pan

Have soft bananas? Don’t feel like messing up your entire kitchen for your old fashioned banana bread recipe?

Use Bisquick or another similar baking mix! See the recipe I use below. It is quick, easy, uses few ingredients, and is delicious!

I like to sprinkle coarse sugar on top of the batter prior to baking. I also use a handful of walnuts 15 minutes into baking. I press the walnuts lightly into the slightly cooked batter. Delicious! Clean up is a snap!
